Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or General Education Degree
Current enrollment in a higher education marketing and/or business program (bachelor's or associate's degree programs)
1-3 years related experience and/or training OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, and software manuals in English
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in English
Ability to speak well with customers in English
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Other Skills and Abilities:
Must be familiar with current software packages such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Must be familiar with product line and customer base
Must be familiar with cloud storage, such as Google Drive, Box, and/or Dropbox, for coordinating document sharing and communication
Working knowledge of major social networking platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of web and social media
