Ryan has been with the company since inception. He joined Lumis as an intern driven by the passion to help create more engaging training solutions. In the five years he has been with the company his responsibilities have grown from leading software development to now managing the company’s overarching product roadmap. He has been instrumental towards expanding the platform’s capabilities by making it interoperable with other commercially available solutions and adding AI-powered content authoring. He oversees all software deployment across Windows, iOS, Android, WebGL, and external technology partnerships.

Ryan has degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Virginia. In his spare time, Ryan is an avid reader and marathon runner.
